His background is grounded in real-world operational leadership, having scaled high-performing teams, led large-scale ramp-ups, and supported complex enterprise programs. Throughout his career, he has interviewed and hired thousands of professionals across all levels — from frontline teams to senior leadership — with a strong emphasis on performance, retention, and cultural alignment.
Michael is also the founder of Doghouse.PH, a wellnesstech company pioneering the integration of animals into human wellness. The brand combines experiential programs, science-backed certification systems, and platform innovation to create inclusive, healing environments for people and animals alike.
