Founder Profile
Michael brings 20 years of experience across consulting, operations, and growth strategy, with deep expertise in process transformation, customer experience design, and digital operations. He has contributed to more than $800M in Total Contract Value (TCV) across global transformation and service delivery engagements.
His background is grounded in operational leadership: scaling high-performing teams, leading high-volume ramp-ups, and supporting complex enterprise programs across BPO, SaaS, BFSI, and telecommunications.
Michael has also built a travel technology platform from the ground up, contributing across product strategy, experience design, and execution systems, including partner workflows and service delivery controls.
Through SMPG Travel, Michael applies the same discipline to VIP and bespoke travel, corporate travel and offsites, and curated group journeys, including travel programs built around major moments such as a music festival. The focus is consistent: high-touch coordination, clear accountability, and dependable execution through strong partner relationships and professional operating standards.
